Orders

When you place an order, we will require your name, e-mail address, credit / debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.

A contact telephone number will also be required to enable us to reach you if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you advise us otherwise pass this number onto our couriers in the event that they need to reach you with regards to the delivery of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, the completion of the contract between Us and yourself takes place. We cannot fulfil any obligations due to the following reasons:

• The product that you ordered is unavailable from stock

• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

• The identification of a pricing or product description error

• Customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the terms & conditions

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted by one of our sales team either by email or telephone.


Contract cancellation

No order which has been accepted by us may be cancelled by the Buyer except with the written consent of the Company and on the terms the Buyer will indemnify the Company in full against all losses (including loss of profit) costs (including the costs of all labour and material used), damages, charges and expenses suffered or incurred by the Company as a result of such cancellation.


Description of products

Each product is sold subject to its product description. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.


Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering onto the system. The total cost of your order is the cost of the products plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If authorisation is declined, for any reason then we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or edit or remove any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold.

To be eligible to purchase products from this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:

• Register by providing your real name, telephone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information

• Be over 18 years of age

• Stipulate a delivery address in the UK, Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable

• Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
